I'm willing to sacrifice a lil' handling for some decent tire wear! Can this problem of inside tire cupping and or feathering be corrected and compestated with a little more postive camber, with adj. upper control arms?
I'm sure someone out there has come up with a solution for this problem!

I should have them within a week, and I should be able to report back soon.

According to the review by Car & Driver, the Goodyear Eagle F1 seemed like a good buy for the price/performance. Anyone know if these are quieter than the Potenza REO50's?
I may just pick up a new set of the REO50's for the rear and keep the fronts. The fronts look like they have about 50%.
I dunno, someone help!

The D3 and the Sport Maxx are both pretty good tires so I don't think you can go wrong either way, but the D3 is probably a little bit better overall, based on the Car & Driver article and tirerack data. I think there is also a EuroTuner article too, but dont quote me on that one. The Sport Maxx is still pretty new on tirerack, the D3 has about 100 times more miles on it than the Sport Maxx, so the ratings are pretty stable, but the Sport Maxx ratings will probably float around a little bit for the next few hundred thousand miles.

I disagree. There are not enough miles reported for an accurate report on this tire as compared with the others suchas KDW II's, Pilot Sports, ES 100's, or the Goodyears. This is the reason I stayed away. The starter of this thread did just fine with the ES 100s
