I got very slight judder since the first time had my car. As the longer time I drive, the judder from front brakes became more noticable. Factory warranty covered the defect by replacing front tires, pads, and rotors for free at 18000KM,but it happened again.Right now,the judder is really annoying.I can feel and hear the vibration at any speed under 110km/h. The Service Manager said that the brembo brake might make noise because it is a very aggressive performce system.I got really frustrated and wondering if any way could solve the problem. Someone suggested me that replacing the stock rotors with some aftermarket ones might help. I have no clue so far.

it may help a little. but make sure the calipers are moving correctly. sometimes one side of the pad will make contact before the other, and that will sometimes give you a little jutter.

usually brake "judder" is due to warped rotors. if you have had this since your car was new, it probably wasn't due to heating/cooling of the rotors but could be from the over-tightening of the lugnuts on your rims.

maybe your calipers are frozen too. I once had a my calipers frozen when the piece of rubber had cracked and got filled with brake dust.

Thanks for input guys. I will getting my brake oil changed and stainless brake lines installed this weekend, and see what the mechanic would say.

memphis is right. i forgot about that. the dealer might have used the air gun to put the wheels back on and never checked them with a tourque wrench.
