Does anyone know off the top of their heads, what the infiniti oil change period is? is it 3500 miles? or 3750? And also, at which milages do you have to bring it in to the dealer for more intensive maintanance? is there one at 1500? thanx

 

As far as I know, all the maintenance schedules are in the Owner's manual. The first scheduled oil change is at 3750 according to the manual.

 

Depending on which service schedule you follow, the oil is supposed to be changed every 3750 ("severe" service) or 7000 (3750 X 2, "normal" service).

 

I do not recommend the 7500mile interval. These engines do not seem to like it. After about 5k miles the oil starts to smell burnt.
