I don't thing there is such thing as CHEAPEST HP because the more hp you put on the car the more stress the car has, so the mod might be cheap right now but later it would cost you some $$ because of the extra wear and tear.

the more hp you want... the cheaper it gets $/hp up to a certain point... after you start paying trying to get redic hp in this car, it starts getting more expensive again. Ive seen vortechs that were like $35/hp... then ive seen 500 hp greddy's where they paid $70/hp.... if you go with Natural aspiration... expect to pay like $500/hp lol

come on man... you dont think a noob isnt going to want to cram a 150-300 dry shot of nos to try to get more hp... nitrous noobs IMO dont have enough restraint with nitrous... o in the previous posts i was talking about a dry shot because it is cheap... wet shot is ok... but expensive

cheap way is to just do a lot of weight reduction out of the car -- safety beams in the doors, air bags, power steering, air conditioning

and for a seat just throw a milk crate and sit there
