I was ready to roll mine out of the garage if it would have hailed last night.

Hmmmm, new CF hood, Ings fenders, and a color change...all for practically free!

this happend to me 2 weeks after i took ownership of my g while i was at work. tornado warning/hail storm... and we have NO garage at work...so the best i could do was run outside and dive onto the hood and spread eagle myself a$$ out. i squirmed and swam and flailed my arms around like a lunatic letting the hail hit me rather than the car. I think i did a good job protecting her but later noticed all the employee's looking outside of the windows at me like i was a retard. o well, whatever it takes...

Haha, thats great! Once when it started hailing as i was eating a burger at the BK lounge, i jumped out of my seat and drove that thing to then nearest covered area, all while my friends were still eating inside, haha, i came back drenched and just sat down and continued to eat. The love for our cars runs deep.

I know a guy that fixes dents. He follows around hail storms and makes $4000g a day easy fixing these hail dents for dealerships by himself...

UPDATE: hehe

That hail was nothing that came later that night (or early next morning) around 3am I heard more hail hitting the sides of the house and stayed awake till it let up so I could go check her out.

She is okay though! Thank god! I would have put her in the garage, but my hubby has his race car in there. I know, I know - its a war that I cant win . But there is no damage and she is okay, just a little shaken up is all. I gave her a nice waxing and polish yesterday to make up for the storm.

Damn that sucks... this is why I am glad to be in Cali, but luckily nothing happened to your baby.

My baby was keyed last night in San Francisco on every single panel, including the hood and trunk. NOW THIS IS PAIN!! This is what I get for parking my car in front of a club entrance.. My beautiful black stealthy G now bruised with white lines. Luckily insurance is there to save the day. I sense a full paint job and a CF hood around the corner. Gotta look at the upside.

Hahah I would have done the same thing. I wouldve pulled out my floor mats, trunk mats, my spare tire. The head rest, and then covered the remaining of the car with my body.

OMG!!!

Where do you guys live to have hail nuggets that huge?! I am glad I live in Cali!

Wouldn't that cause major paint damage or dings? =O
