I wouldnt take that crap.. not on an 06, that they messed up.

You have an AT or MT?? or AT with sports pack?
If not, its the same bumper..
as stated earlier the 06 sports pack has the different bumper..

If you complain to the GM then you will get your way. After you talk to him and he's a a$$ then call the corporate office and complain. That usually gets thier attention. Most GM will not let it go that far. We had a guy complain so much about a scratch that was already on the car before it got to the dealership that the GM just re-painted it right away after he threatened to go to corporate. They get in major trouble by not offering customer service. But i would not recommend you go back to that dealership for service.

Wow, I like the way you complain about everything bieng the dealers fault. I had everything handled for you to get a licence plate plug. I told you to call Matt(service advisor),you asked for Mark--we have no Mark. I then PM you with my cell # & tell you to come in & ask for me in service because I have the part for you. You go to the sales floor. You then said you needed your licence bracket installed & watched them install it. You did not try to stop them or say anything until after it was done. By the way, that was Matt that went & talked to you after the bracket was installed. Do you remember him asking if you were supposed to ask for him or me? When you said yes you were supposed to but didn't!

Your bumber was swapped with a new 06 from the lot. Our customer service manager personally handled the transaction so I'm pretty sure it was right.

Why not before you go here & slam a dealership make sure you have your ducks in a row & follow some basic request from someone that is trying to help you.
