Dave, you sound like an awesome customer oriented person. After reading and following this thread, I have come to the conclusion that nightrider is not very bright or mature. (seriously, you type in ebonics? Why?) Enjoy the holes in your scratched bumper! You didnt even follow the instructions Dave gave you.

I take back what i said...There's always 2 sides to the story. Just squash it and Dave if your story is true then respect you standing up for your dealship. I only said what i said because i heard only one side one a story and felt bad. I used to work at a dealership and i do hear stories. Good and bad but when it comes down to it the dealership will always tries to help first before it gets out of hand. Like i said before they don't like it when corporate guys call down to the dealership.
