When you said yes you were supposed to but didn't!
Your bumber was swapped with a new 06 from the lot. Our customer service manager personally handled the transaction so I'm pretty sure it was right.
Why not before you go here & slam a dealership make sure you have your ducks in a row & follow some basic request from someone that is trying to help you.

I've learned alot from here. I'm far from big brother. My wife drives a QX56 & I'm not immune to any of it's problems. It's even harder for me to fix under warranty because I have to get DPSM approval 1st.
The reason I responded to this post is he's making us look bad & I just wanted to make sure everyone knew the true story.

well thanks DAVE..Ill give you a call...if i can ill try to stop by before i go to work.
I appreciate everything...
Just come back to the service department. I'll be there by 7:30"
I don't know if you got confused or what. I tried to help. I can't control what happened between you & anyone else. I can't control what happened even after the bracket was installed because you never asked for me or Matt. But trust me I found out about it asap. I did see you on the drive after the bracket was installed. You were wearing a red sports jersy if I remember correctly. How do I know? Because as soon as I found out what happened I was trying to find out how to resolve the issue. I was talking to Dick-the person who told Rick to install the bracket--& Darrell your salesman. I was told at that time they would handle it from there. All I know is the body shop performed the swap until I read this thread.
Come to the dealership & ask for me Dave Blankenship just to say hi. Meet me. The sooner the better. Then in the future if you have any special needs let me know so I can get them handled for you to the best of my ability. Trust me I'm NOT the best. I DO make mistakes. But I keep my word & do what I say. I still have the bumper plug for you on my toolbox. It's yours if you want a spare.
All I ask is 1 thing. Before you come here & say what a bad job we're doing give me a chance to fix it. & yes you did state what dealer it was here

All anyone has to do is click your name then view post. Put 2 & 2 together & it's easy to figure out.
All is well on my end & I hope you'll give me the chance I asked for. I harbor no ill feelings & I hope you feel the same. aiite

Oh yea if you come to the dealership come straight to the shop. It's the building behind the sales building. At the rear of the building there are 7 smaller bay doors & 1 big one. I have the 1st 2 stalls just inside the big door on the lh side of the shop. You can't miss my box. It's huge & the same color of your car. I will even be there Saturday if you want to meet me.

Nightrider, that use of "slang" in your typing makes you lose any credibility, and makes you sound quite stupid. And how long does it take you to get out of your car that he was drilling the holes before you even got out? DaveBlank, why waste your time with this guy?

Because that's what I do.
