the funny thing i find about the OB is that the front, top, and upper sides are almost flawless after driving in the rain. however, the rear (trunk and bumper), door panels, side skirts are always filled with hard water spots. wish i had a supply of DI water readily available to rinse my car off after each drive in the rain.

I wish I had a supply of free car details at the nearby detailing shop, but instead I have $200 worth of car washing gear and an hour of work ahead of me.

Well, I will, when it stops snowing. I hate ohio.

HAH! SEE!!!!! I KNEW the 'sun' was really a TENNIS BALL ON A STRING!!!!

Quote: It was raining hard in Cali tonight, so i ran outside and soaped up the car. It took about 5min, and it was 1am so i wanted to be quick. I took a quick drive to get most of the soap off in the rain, now the rain is working on washing the rest.

Not the best wash, but it got a lot of dirt off in minimum time/effort. Lazy rain, i finally put it to work.

Quote: wow thats a great idea.......if you have IP......i hate OB
Works fine for my OB. If I come home at the end of the night and its raining good, and its not supposed to rain the next day, I pull it in the garage, dry it off, and voila! Clean car in the morning.
