Asking for cars that fall into a "$24K, sporty" pricerange, you're most likely going to hear. I've listed them with their MSRP-- which means you can get at least $500 off of these prices:
RSX- $23,270
Eclipse- $21-24,347
Impreza- $24,295
MR2 Spyder- $24,645
Mootang (Mustang)- $24,875
MX-5 Miata- $23,253
Protoge- $20,480
VW GTI- $23,225
S40- $24,450
You are literally at a big cutoff point. If you had another thousand or two, you could really step up a bit into a different class. You won't find a G in this group, but there are some pretty nice ones. So... weed through them on whatever criteria are most important to you! Best of luck,
G

Thanks, man
hr0d- You might want to also check www.traderusa.com, www.autobytel.com, etc. for used cars. Plug in your price range, and it will tell you what's available in your area. Make sure you get a VIN if you buy used, and run a check with carfax or a similar service. I've got a nice Durango SLT Plus and SHO if you want one
