Well guys after a month of waiting, my car is sold Kind of sad to see her go but at the same time such a relief.

So I just want to say thank you all for your support, inputs, and insights. I won't be purchasing a car anytime soon. Trying to purchase a house now...All I have to say is DON'T LIVE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, houses will cost you an arm and a leg!!

I'll still look around and give my opinion in different threads, if you guys need anything as in parts or installation, PM. I worked on some memebers car here, maybe they can give a good feedback on this. But all in all a good ride, hopefully the next one will be even better. 2008 GTR Who knows...

Thanks again everyone.

No, no grief. I loved driving her. I say relief because no more car payments and my car insurance went down by half! I still have two other cars.

I'm sure houses in NY in general are expensive, not sure about the other states but I think NY and CA have the most expensive houses. Only because the living cost here are just too damn high. Yea regualr house here will set you back easy 600,000+ and thats for a decent one. I can probably get a townhouse for around 450,000 range. 450,000 in most state can get you a mansion size homes!! It's just crazy.

Nope, SoCal, Especially in the L.A Area, cost WAYYYY more. My dad has been working on real estate (owns his company), so trust me on this. The ghetto areas in L.A can go as high as $550,000. Now nice areas can go in the 650-850K, and rich areas in L.A like beverly hills and Encino go for millions. But i think its worth it, no place like SoCal!!!

Anyways, sad to hear that you wont be owning a g35, but your obviously doing much more important things than owning and modding a car. Good luck!

No they don't. www.realtor.com. See what a comparable house in Manhattan costs for yourself.

The difference is, houses in NY are expensive because of space. Houses in Socal are expensive just because its the best place to live in this country.

One thing you need to NEVER do is trust those sites that give you "free" information...its a bunch of bs. Look up the same places from different sites, and they'll give you numbers that dont compare to the other site. You have to have a program called MLS to see the actual listing prices for the house... thats funny i really dont think this is the thread to talk about this lol

besides, manhattan is mostly for big structures. Same as downtown L.A. But hey who cares

Yea thanks everyone for your inputs. I'll still be looking around in this forum. I won't be buying a house till probably next mid year of 2007. I still got lots of time. I heard Donald Trump is coming to LA for a real estate open house or something. Might be interesting to go to, if anyone wants to go that is.

I acutally sold my car to a forum memeber here, I might not have the car any longer, but it will still live on this forum. Maybe the new owner will mod it and it will be the talk of the forum
