Talking Here you go...

http://www.motordyneengineering.com/G35.asp

Motordyne engineering has made improvements to the intake of the VQ35 that help the flow and keep the intake air at a lower temp to help improve power and torque. It involves several components. 1. and "isolating" gasket for the intake lower plenum that keeps engine heat away. 2. a copper gasket for the "mass airflow sensor" that keeps it from freezing in cold weather and allows you to cut off the water jacket coolant in the summer to keep "heat soak" to a minimum. Lastly, if you have a 2005-06 "rev-up" style motor, you can get the lower air plenum from the 2004 models that give significant HP/TQ improvements.

All is explained in other posts here:

This guy was a test mule for Motordyne:

Hope I didn't over load you!

Yes you are correct. All you need to do is have it in your pocket.

BTW, don't take this the wrong way, but do you always write like that? Or is your spell check just broke?

Any Dyno to prove that this help RevUp motor? I might be out of sync with todays technology, but as far as I know MREV is the only thing that really make any noticeable power improvement on a RevUP Motor(not including headers, exhaust and FI)

Well I'll just assume that you don't have a REVUP motor then... coz you're asking about intelligent key.
