So far, only have 20" rims and tint.

Do it, why wait. I just wouldn't go overboard with mods personally because you leased. Bolt-ons that are easy to come off but not like a supercharger or anything...Thats just me personally. I leased mine in 10/05 also for 2.5 years and I am doing a couple of mods but nothing crazy. Its up to you, good luck.
