So I called up a few dealers in my area and luckily I got like 4 to choose from around my area.

The best price I got was Quirk Infiniti in Braintree for $399.99 on 30k tune.. I thought it was pretty good is that how much most of you are paying?

Not going to say who but another dealership quoted me $699.99

i got the same price ranges too... 400-600. The 600 had tranny flush/coolant flush while the 400 one had no fluid flushes at all. Every dealer must have their own 30k service?

don't ask for a 30k service, cuz then you're asking for it... pull out your manual, and give them a list of the things you need them to do (that you or a friend can't do).
