? for DIY Oil change people

....what size socket adapter are you using for the filter?

I think I like the idea of using the wratchet adapter to remove and tighten the filter. (The little black cup that fits on a socket wrench) But what size is it?? Was at the store and there are several sizes there.

6MT coupe, red/willow, premium, aero, splash guards, alum pedals, clear corners, 15% tint

If its at the store, then chances are they have an oil filter there. Just take out a cheap FRAM or purilator filter and test it. That's what I did.

Sears has some little "rubber band" wrenches that are fully adjustable. I used that on the tiny filter because my smallest oil filter wrench was too big. And you know...I like it best now. The rubber bands sometimes feel like they are going to snap, but they never have. Works well. Also, with this tool, I can get the filter out without removing the bottom engine/tranny cover.
