Typical bolt on system installs take about 1.5 hours or less. Most shops will charge about 1-2 hours - depending on how experienced they are and how long they take.

Realistically - it shouldn't cost more than $125 - including the 8" section. Most really good shops have a rate of about $60/hr and the pipe should only cost about $25 installed.

First try soaking it with WD40 and let it sit like that overnight. The next morning/day take a breaker bar to it. Should do the trick.

If that doesn't work make sure the area is dry of WD40 then take a torch heat up the flange connection. Dont focus the flame on one spot too long it will warp the area. Try the breaker bar again.

Now if that doesn't work, your only beat left without having to take it to a shop is get a pneumatic (air) gun. Places rent them out. Do not use a cheapo socket if using the air gun it will most likely tear up the socket.

Any penetrating oil, like Kroil will do nicely.

I don't think that's the point. When someone says "It's a waste of money..." to hire someone to do an install and he replied that time is money, I have to say I agree with him.

Do not pay over $100 dollars for something like that...

I have the Injen ses and i payed $80 dollars for the install + cut out the resonators + custom straight pipes to make up for the resonators.... Don't get ripped off by something that pretty much bolts right now...
