debri split my bumper in 2, ordered a kit but now worried about springs...

So ive had a terrible month thus far with my car. April 1st I got all my suspenion and brake parts i collected over the winter installed. Tokico's, eibachs, brembo x-drilled rotors, hawk pads, urenthane sway bar bushings, new front wheel spacer. So when I pick up the car I find it sitting higher than when it was with my 350Z h-techs installed. I come to find out I was sold stock springs in an eibach box. I got this resolved somehwhat and ordered tanabe df210 springs last week.

So about 4 days ago im driving down the road and see an ambulance coming down the street at 70mph. The fool driving on the opposite side of the road does not move over at all so I have 2 choices, get hit by an amblance or pull over. As I pull over a hear a "BOOM". That was my 2 rims rubbing up against the curb. So I was pissed about that for a few days and have somewhat gotten over it. I got a quote to fix it and have kind of forgotten about it. So today I drive to one of my sister dealerships about 30 minutes away, no traffic.. beaufiul day. I pull the car in the lot and when I park I instantly smell clutch, very stong. Im like "uhh" their is no reason for this I havent beaten on my car or have abused the clutch in quite some time. I shut the car off and forget it. Throughout the day as I continue to stop moving I smell it again. So I went to my college course and that was the only thing on my mind. So I get out and drive him. Im on the highway in the middle lane driving about 70 with no cars around. I all of a sudden hear (but not see) a loud "BOOOOM" and look in my rear view mirror to see this black object come up from under my car. Im like "WTF!!" thinking it went under my car and just stuck my fuji exhaust or something.
So I drive a few more minutes and arrive him and when I go in to get a flash light I notice that one of my sidemarkers is hanging off. My stomach drops as I walk over to the front bumper slowly and find my lip in 2 pieces and my bumper split. So instead of getting upset I instpected the rest of the car which seems to be ok and came inside and just ordered the urenthane nismo front with urenthane ings+1 sides.
So this is where Im at now. I have an appt tomorrow morning to install the tanabe springs. I was not expecting to install a kit on these springs. Do you think im setting myself up for disaster getting the springs installed tomorrow and getting the body kit put on? The tanabes drop the front 1.8.

Would you install the springs tomorrow or buy a new set?

**** that sux... that would be a crazy drop with the nismo front... personally i think it would look really good. but you'll prolly be really low to the ground...really low with 1.8 drop!!

The car looks low enough with that lip on there. A 1.8" drop and the nismo would look nice but that means your going to have to be that much more careful. I say go for it and be more careful.

When I had my TL with lip kit dropped on Tein SS, I was driving slammed only 2.5" off the ground. I was real careful and besides the unavoidable under scrape, everything was fine. Just take caution.

I'm dropped on S-techs from a Z and have the Nismo front. Speed bumps and dips in the highway own me.

i would definitely change the springs, you should go with the htechs IMO, definitely not worth another damaged/split front bumper if you're slammed on the ground you know? other than that, kit should look sweet.

I got the tanabes installed today. They look so hottt, prob the best lookin mod ive done! After close examination of the nismo front, i think ill be ok. I decided to cancel the sides, those will be to low. The nismo front is actualy shorter in dept than the oem with lip so it should actually make it easier to try and clear driveways and things.

IS300TOG35 - I would think 1.8" would be too much for the Nismo, since it hangs at least 1" lower than stock. Why not Tanabe NF springs?

Where did you order the Urethane Nismo and Ing's Sides?
Also, could you post up a pic of how the Brembo X-drilled rotors look on you're car? I'm thinking of doing the same things. Where did you purchase them from?

Thanks
