Looking for a shop in San Diego to install the MREV+

I'm looking for a shop in San Diego to install the MREV+ on my '05 6MT coupe. A contact, location, and quotation would be helpful.

Since it never really gets that cold in San Diego, I'm thinking that the MREV+ would be sufficient. I've read pretty much all the threads regarding the MREV+ and it's optional accessories (Copper Iso Thermal upgrade with Aramid gasket and Copper Throttle Body Heater), but I'm still wondering if it's really necessary to get the Copper Iso Thermal upgrade since I do live in San Diego (and it never really gets that cold).

You could PM " Protocav ", Chad can install it for good price. If you prefer a shop, try SpeedForceRacing in Santee.

Thanks for the contact. I'm still in the process of deciding whether or not to go TT since it's definitely an expenditure that will never be seen again. I suppose the MREV+ will temporarily satisfy my performance mod hunger till the warranty voids (another 3 years, perhaps?). Along with the TT, a new BBK, suspension, and other mods would have to follow (in order to keep the car in balance).

If you know how to install a Z-tube then you can do it yourself. It took me 3 hrs but i took my sweet time since it was my first time, but if I have to do it again I can have it done in 45 mins. If you don't want to touch it then any person that you know who has basic mechanical skill can do it. Just make sure read the instruction first.

Do it yourself it takes less than an hour! If you didnt have to torque the bolts it would take no time at all! The directions are great and easy to follow! They provide diagrams for the bolts and everything.

If you don't want to do it yourself, Engineuity Autosport in National City Blvd (619-336-1666) should be able to do it for you. Talk to Ha.

PM protocav or DIY. Protocav has done almost all the work on my car, including the turbonetics kit.
