So last night my keyhole cover on my drivers side door falls off. How gay. I called my dealership like 20 minutes ago and I am waiting for a call back. I noticed that it was coming out of place the past few days and I just kept pressing it back in but I guess it finally fell.

 

Get a new one and superglue it

 

Yeah..in the meantime I'm gonna go wash it

 

I put the replacement escutcheon on my drivers side and there is def small little protrusions that need to be seated correctly or the thing will be loose. If you look at the diy for the escutcheon replacement you can see how to loosen a screw inside the end of the door so that the it seats correctly. It's amazing how ugly missing that little thing makes your door look isn't it?

 

Perfect time to order that PASSENGER door-lock escutcheon. Would like very clean on the BO coupe!
