I think you're confused. Those auto trannys you're talking about do have a clutch. You just don't have to depress a pedal to shift. And no they aren't called tiptronic. Also, its not the delay of the clutch, but the delay of the driver shifting. By the way, the G has one of the slowest tiptronics I've ever seen. I think you need to rethink your plan lol...

when you try to engine brake it there is a delay but when it is floored and i shift it i never have a delay its instant

I think your best bet would be to get a valve body upgrade, from what I have read it makes the shifts quicker. Like I posted above, I had an 03 5AT, there is no comparison to the shift speed between the at and me shifting the manual.

Search around this site and you will find a ton of info. I know stillen does it, level10(although I have heard some bad stories), there are others, I havent really looked into it since I swithed to 6mt.

think about this tranny...DSG!!
drove an audi A3 with it, and just in regular mode the shifts drop at amazing speeds. put it in sport mode, tiprtonic/paddle shifts, that thing just shifts on cue, its amazing. def shifts better than ANY MT driver without a question. its so good its used on the Bugatti Veyron, so there cant be any question about it. supposedly better than bmw's SMG II. smg II is fast, yes, but have you felt how rough of a ride it is????
