File Complain against dealer

i am not sure if you guys have this problem, such as tranny in neutual make some noise, brake while back up making noise, i mean all those small or big problem ever happen, and the thing is that dealer wont fix them unless they actually hear the noice them self !! that is mess up, i mean we spend like $ 40 k to get out G, which is like BMW and Benz, their service is just too good !!. and our dealer are just been jackass. well here is the web site, we can all file complain at the same time. http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/ivoq/ . or you guys can email me with detail and car year and vin # and which dealer did you went etc.. i will fax those information at ONE TIME. and see what they can do for us !! sound good?

Oh yuck. I'm so glad I chose not to do business with those guys. I only needed to speak on the phone with one snotty sales person b 4 I took my business elsewhere. I have heard nothing good about the place at all. Good luck guys.

Re: File Complain against dealer

Is the gear noise in neutral very noisy? More so than other brands? So far I'm contend with the noise from the 6MT-C, nothing abnormal, just as noisy, or quite, as any other car I've driven.

BTW, my dad's MBs, C and E class, also make loud braking noise once in a while. And all my previous cars made a lot of noise, including gear noise in neutral, e.g. Toyota Supra TT and BMW 330ci. As long as it is not grinding or excessively loud, it is quite normal.

Re: File Complain against dealer

Got my car at Metro Infiniti in Monrovia, I've already brought the car in 3 times since I got the car in April, everytime I request them to fix the Transmission noise they tell me they have to hear it, the mech. even took my car for a drive without my consent and still didn't fix it..... I am taking it in for the fourth time next week, anyone have any advise on what our rights are as G owners as far as having our 40g car serviced under warranty?

BTW, the first month I had purchased the G, it didn't have any noise, and shifting was smooth, but after the first month, the noise began and all of a sudden it's "normal"?? So does that mean when it didn't have any noise it was "abnormal"?? this just seems like BS to me...

Take your service tech with you on a drive. If it doesn't happen then, then you can't really fault them for not doing anything-- how would they begin to know what do to? Same thing happened to me with a rattle when I was driving over bumpy roads, but I was able to replicate the problem with the tech in the car via the stereo. Good luck...

Yea I have a big problem with my dealer, scratching the car and getting the interior dirty as well. No one buy a car from Field's INFINITI in Glenview, IL. Even the GM is an a-hole.

Re: File Complain against dealer

Make sure anytime you guys have any complaints against the dealer and they won't address it at the dealer just call the 1-800 number. I had issues with no one hearing my complaints so I made a call one evening. The next day, the dealership seemed to pay more attention to my issues with the lame CD player. I'll continue to do everytime I have a problem that isn't immediately addressed by the dealer.

That said, if you asked me today whether I would buy another Infiniti I would say no. I was just disappointed with the service I received at a "luxury" dealership after dropping 38 grand. It's a shame too since I love the coupe but that's just my motto for places that give me bad customer service.
