Re: G35 CPE....

Yes it does. Almost was in two accendents already. I'm to quick to change lanes. Luckly I cought myself each time. I'd start to change lanes at the same time I'd turn my head to check......then I'd have to jurk the wheel back to keep from hitting him.

I was thinking about getting those blind spot mirrors, but I realy don't want anything that will detract from its look. I think those things look just a bad as the old people who have the huge sunglass shades that fit over their eye glasses. You know, the ones they buy at Walgreens.

Re: G35 CPE....

A while back, either on this forum or over at freshalloy there was a post that illustrated a way to adjust your mirrors to elimate blind spots. It seemed counter-intuitive but I did it and it worked. You might run a search for blind spot and see if it shows up.

Re: G35 CPE....

With proper mirror adjustment, there is no blind spot on the coupe, there is a slight overlapped from the outer edge of the side mirrors and my peripheral vision.

One quick tip on side mirrors adjustment; with the center mirror looking at the back, adjust the side mirrors that there is minimal overlapping view with the center mirror. Also, if you can see any part of the car on the side mirrors in the normal driving position, they're adjusted too close. Hope this helps.

Re: G35 CPE....

There are a number of factors contributing to the "size" of the blind spot. With "proper" mirror adjustment, the blind spot is minimized or virtually gone. Do a search on the Internet or try my quick tips and see if it helps. Some of the folks on this forum, e.g. SFLG35, already know the trick.
