Why would I lie about the missing parts? The surronding plate is missing. The magnetic holder for the gps is missing and the GPS antenna is broken. Did you check out the content of box before you sent it out?

a simple pm from the seller could have been good but no communication on his behalf was ever made until monday. how long does it take to write a simple pm?

Sounds like things might work out, but if not, let me suggest a way to decide who gets the money:
