well last night was my first time racing at the track.. I was very nervous plus I havent realy practiced my launch yet. Plus was a diffrent track then I was used to seeing the tree lights were diff..

So I say the next time I do if I get mt r/t down to .722 and my 60 foot to 2.0 It should be easy to run 13.8 - 9.. Now that is something to be happy about and all I have done is grounding kit and 350z pipe/ Stillen..

That wasnt the best time 14.326 @ 96.22 was. I just am proud of the top time cause I bet a new Vett. and he didnt even miss any gears But I had a worse reaction time and same 60' on my best run.. I want to o again I cant wait!!

Do you guys thimk that a 13 sec is possible from what I posted?
Any advise on how to get 60 foot down .2 sec?

My launches wernt always the same I have to get used to holding a the gas at a RMP and watch the tree at the same time.. I just a lil practice I guess. I launched with RMPs at 1750 - 2000k aqnd when green full gas not dumping the clutch but quicly releasing it.. Any other ways to try?

anticipate the tree light changing to green... and lauch... This is how i got a .392 R/T on my bro's SLK. Not bad for the first time though

.392 means you redlighted. Unless you were using a pro tree, but then you couldn't have anticipated the green.....

 

Actually, now that I think about it, even if you were using a pro tree, you still would have redlighted by .008 second.
