Yeah horrible dealership. They wont even return my phone calls anymore

 

^+1000000000000000000000 ... santa monica did a load of mistakes on my car... 1. Chipped the hell out of my rims from brake service 2. Dented the lip on the front bumper for a "FREAKIN OIL CHANGE" (took it back and it came back with more damage on the bumper... paint was chipping off the bumper near the headlights) Now i gotta tray South Bay Infiniti

 

i got my car from thousand oaks infiniti and i thought they were great and very friendly. they were all into modded g's which i thought was cool.

 

Tustin is cool. Mission Viejo is where i got mine though. THey were able to give me the best price.

 

I guess from what I'm reading here, it is a crap shoot. Somedays are better then others. Where one person will get horrible service, the next guy down the street will get better service. So, moral of the story, just try them all, and see who gives you a good deal. I think the majority here has gotten some good service from each dealer. Now, I would say avoid the mojority that doesn't give you good service. Looks like SM infinity is the place to avoid.

 

Got mine from Metro Infiniti. Bought my car there because it was the closes to my house, after making the deal the sale manager came out and turns out he was a neighbor of mines. Service was prretty good, when you take delivery ask them to NOT put the front plate bracket on...

 

Wow thanks for the heads up on sm infinity. They are the closet to me but now I'm not even considering them for service anymore. I contacted a few dealerships and I think I found what I'm looking for @ mission viejo. Thanks everyone and I can't wait to post some pixs of that beautiful machinery.

 

got mine at costa mesa inf, sales guy was kool. service my car at inf of mission viejo, they are real good. they gone out of there way to take care of my car. my experience there so far has been very pleasant.

 

i would also like to bash SANTA MONICA INFINITI they are really horrible, when the 06's came out they wanted 2,000 over MSRP for an 5AT and would only knock 500 bucks off an 2005,, very rude, pushy NEVER again will i even consider doing business with them.

 

Its weird all of you got dicked on the price. They actually gave me one of the best i could find.
That was the only reason i liked them. Otherwise i would like to BLOW THAT BITCH up !

 

Um well . . . . I think there is probably a good reason for that. Or should I say a couple of good reasons for that! haha!! lol! And it's the same reason why hot girls don't get tickets from male cops, don't have to wait in line at clubs, etc, etc.

 

You sure you wanna be getting the 03'? Check out the dealership and post the prices between the 03', 04' and possibly the 05'. Glendale has a nice selection but I felt the sales was an a'hole. Seriously he wanted an extra 2k more just for the black rather than diamond graphite. When to Montclair Infiniti where they matched the lower price at Glendale and threw in lojack.

called Ultimate auto they are a company in L.A that locates the car for you then you go pick it up. And they just so happend to get in from Santa MOnica Infiniti !

I really want the g and am trying to pay off the 3 grand i have left on my jetta but I'm getting plenty impatient (especially when i see pics of the great work you guys are doing on your g's). I'll be taking a whole weekend to just going to diff dealerships that arent too far that were recommended and gauging the response i get.
oh Yeah, I drove by santa monica infinity today on my way to service my jetta and that place was dead empty lol. I wonder why??? lol
