I bought my '06 coupe from Costa Mesa Infiniti because I went through Autobytel.com. The purchase experience wasn't bad. The service department is another story. They have provided nothing but terrible customer service during my interactions with them even though I bought my car from them. I've heard pretty good things about Tustin and Mission Viejo so I'll definitely going to one of those two next time. I think Riverside Infiniti is pretty mod-friendly considering Chad is really growing their tuning business.

any problems should be takend to Nissan Consumer Affairs. They will straighten out any complications the dealership gives you.

Thousand Oaks. By far. I can't remember ever paying for an oil change and the service is impeccable. Glendale comes in second.

STAY AWAY from GLENDALE of INFINITI!!! All they do is try to rip people off. I went there 7 times, talked to 7 different people, and they were overpricing me. I called Thousand Oaks Infinti, and they beat their price for me over the phone. I drove 40+ miles and picked up the car. I was gonna get it from Infiniti of Van Nuys, but they didnt have the car I wanted

I bought mine from Miller Infiniti in Van Nuys. David Marsh (internet manager) was really cool and honest. I take my G to Cerritos. Not bad service, but nothing great. Thinking about taking my G to Tustin for the 15K service.

I would also look into 03 M45. You can get loaded ones for low 20's, which is a STEAL.

I live 5 miles from Santa Monica Infiniti but I drive 55 miles to Tustin Infiniti for service. Tustin is highly recommended for service. I bought my car at Hoehn Infiniti in Carlsbad, gave me the best price on a '05 6mt back in the day, they beat carsdirect.com by $1,000. You can ask for Dee Ancrum, he's head of Internet sales, good guy.

Thousand Oaks and Oxnard Infinity dealerships are by far the best and I shopped around at a few of them. Those two had THE best customer service and much like somebody said before I have yet to pay for an oil change.

OK, I think he gets the idea of which ones to go to. I think there is no consensus as to the "Best" but we pretty much all agree which is the worse: Santa Monica.
