Is coupe tire rotation under warranty?

I was wondering if anybody had they tires rotated inside out on the coupe by the dealer due to excessive noise complaint, under warranty for no charge? I noticed some extra wear on the insides of my tires and some increasing noise, and I want to know if anyone was successful in getting the dealer to do it as warranty work to minimize the noise and wear.
Thanks

The front and rear tire sizes are different. You can't rotate from front to back. And I think the tires are unidirectional also which means you can't rotate them side to side

Yes, I understand that, the only way you can rotate is rotating side to side, and then demounting the tire to remount in the correct direction. This way, what was on the inside of the left tire, is now outside of the right tire. I assumed everyone knows this on here. My car is at the dealer now, and the service lady definitely learned something new last night when I explained this rotation to her. I

I didn't think you could rotate on the G either. Probably contributes to the short tire life.

You can rotate if you take the tire of the rim.

I go to where I bought it from, Circle Infiniti in south jersey.
Anyway, the lady just called me. They are charging me $60 to rotate and flip just the front tires. Hope they balance it right.

to be honest i wouldn't bother to really flip the tires and just let them wear out.

why? especially if you have custom wheels with 275's swapping it will give you extra few thousand miles, but I wont go to Infiniti to do it.

Service writers...........

Most service writers are car salesmen in training.......
99 9/10% don't know the hood from the trunk! If you have factory rims and tires you
don't need to rotate your tires......$60 wasted! I feel
you'll cause more harm than good.

If my car is slammed and the wear is only on the inside part, why not swap your rear left to your rear right. that will give you extra few thousand miles for only a few $$ than buying a new set of tires. That's gonna be my option since i have some neg. camber and don't want to buy a camber kit for now. IMHO it's worth it.

Are you serious? I don't know about you, but I looked at my tires. I do have OEM 18s with OEM Michelins, and there is a difference between the inside and outside part of the tire, rotation will stop wearing on the inside and start on the outside.
I still don't think it's wasted $, rotation will double my tire's life. And other then improper balancing, that they would correct if done wrong, what is the harm? Right now it sounds like you don't know hood from the trunk to me. People who think I shouldn't have rotated my tires, probably don't think rotation is necessary on any vehicle. Gary C, what's your reasoning?

If you have the OEM 19s, you CAN rotate them from side to side...they are not rotational (notice there is no arrow on the sidewall of the tire).

But that will not solve the premature wear in the inside part. He did it right and needed to swap the tires and not just the wheels.

so rotating from side to side will do nothing? I thought our tires were directional because they were summer tires?
