anything under 6% is probably okay. I have great credit so I may not be the best person to ask what a good rate is for someone with bad credit. You are better off with a credit union. Where do you work? Some companies are affiliated with credit unions or banks and that may help you to go to that one. I almost financed my current car through a dealer since the rate was decent. My credit union beat it by only .25%.

I hate to say it but if your credit score isn't very good then maybe taking on this much debt. may not be a good idea. I know it's not what you want to hear but it is something to be considered.

Check into a Credit Union, also. I bought the G at 24 and got 4.2% through a local CU.
