Does anyone have a problem with little hills
Does anyone have a problem with little hills
I have a new G35c and I can't get out of my bank's drive thru without the bottom of my car rubbing up on the concrete. I had a boxter and never had this problem?
Re: Does anyone have a problem with little hills
I suspect the Boxster has less overhang. You might try angling over the change of slope and drive real slow. If it's a speed bump, I suspect you may be out of luck. Otherwise, a change in banks may be in order. ...dean

Re: Does anyone have a problem with little hills
please be more specific as to where it hits the concrete... is it at the tailpipes, front bumper, side curtains, or do you hear metal rubbing from towards the middle?
I also suggest angle'ing your car over the bump, do not take it straight on, like dean said maybe you need to go to a different back

Re: Does anyone have a problem with little hills
That is the price you pay for driving an auto with low profile wheels/suspension and a long wheelbase. My neighbors had to change the curb at the end of their driveway after they purchased a 330ic because it would bottom out everytime they left ...
Re: Does anyone have a problem with little hills
dang. I wanted to lower my g35c so bad too. I don't think it's going to happen. The car has higher panels then my civic or eclipse, it's harder to see whats around. It has a long wheel base as someone mentioned.
I just want to be level with the 300zx, one rolled up to me and I felt like I was 4 wheeling next to him.
