I'm just curious. Is the AC controller necessary? The stock one is not compatible with this Din conversion set?

Thanks.

went to grubbs to order the a/c controller and finisher...looks like the a/c controller price went up $40 to $239.95 when I went to checkout? Why is the price higher?

They have been on backorder. When we got them in the price had increased.

You don't need the bracket. Just the finisher and the a/c controller.
