whats the process when you place a complaint?

I put in a complaint to corporate about how my salesman has been giving me the run around regarding my navi disc, I bought the car with 8k miles and salesman said he would get me the disc in about two weeks (he was going to order it). This was 4 months ago, after repeated calls and nothing being done I put in a complaint. So whats the process that goes on after the complaint? Is it going to put any pressure on the dealership to quit giving me the run around and get me my damn disc? I paid to have a car with navigation and im still stuck having to use mapquest.

Just repeat the following when you call the Dealership:
1. Can I speak with your boss please?
2. Okay, please give me a number I can reach him at or leave a message.
3. No, you may not take a message, his direct phone number will do fine please.

You keep using that in the right order and you will eventually get the service you deserve! Ever see the movie Payback?

I hope you have it in writing that they were ordering you a disc otherwise they will deny it. Lean on Corporate enough though and I think they will give you it just to make you go away. lol...
