PIX of my oil catch can

Just installed this last week.

Purpose: Oil Catch Tank catches the oil and moisture in the blow-by gases that causes carbon and sludge build-up in the intake system and the engine. It keeps the engine clean even under hard driving conditions. It is also an excellent engine dress up item and gives it the race car look with the polished aluminum body with sight glass

Re: PIX of my oil catch can

That looks really nice. Do you have a pic of it without the engine cover. im planning on getting one as well, but have a hard time locating the outlet from the plenum.

Re: PIX of my oil catch can

I didn't connect the catch can directly to the plenum. There is a vacuum hose that comes from the head into the bottom of the stock intake right before the throttle body. One of the catch can's tubes connects to that vacuum hose, while the other tube goes into the intake.

I'll see if I can take some detailed pictures of how it connects to everything tonight if I have time, and I'll post them up.

Re: PIX of my oil catch can

oops...youre right, i meant the head, not the plenum. Is that vacuum hose in the front of the engine or the rear? I know the other hose on the intake tube is right there, plain view.
