It is a very inexpensive, easy to do mod that makes the car look smoother. I believe that is the second mod I did to the car. First was the battery cover.

LOL don't get me started on this. Last year, after owning my car for a few months the ****er just came off. I ended up having to drive across the city about 5-7 times to get the thing replaced and put back on each time. It kept falling off. The last time they even resorted to taking the whole door apart, giving me a whole new lock and re-doing the handle. Guess what? It fell off that night when I got the car back. I was walking to my car and noticed it was hanging off so I just took it off and put it in my car. I went to a friends body shop and they just 40-40'd it on to the door and it hasn't budged since. I now have an extra one in my car though, hahaha.

A little while later, the passenger one fell off but that was just because a screw came loose and that was able to go on without a problem.

I did it on my car.

Neither dealer in Dallas carried the part. Local purchase might not be an option.
