Wow, this is something I've been contemplating for a while. Very nice, looks great! How much do a set of coupe seats run? What was the first year they started having full power controls? As I recall the early ones had some manual adjustments.

4 bolts to remove seats... 4 bolts to put coupe seat in... bolt pattern is the same.
depending on what year coupe seat you get, and what year sedan you have, wiring is a PITA and is different so there would have to be a few different DIY's. Some years plug right in, others don't.
By the way, I'm getting ready to sell/give away/trade my willow/tan coupe seats... i'll trade a sedan owner for their power and heated sedan seats...

Maybe someone else can chime in who's seen the 05 sedan plug and coupe plug...
I just bought 05 coupe seat to with my 05 sedan. Didn't get a chance to look at the 05 sedan wiring yet. I was told it should be the same as the 05 coupe and should just plug in.
anyone know what year wires directly up to what years? I have an 04, and looking to get a Coupe at least drivers seat because the motor in mine appears to be dying and I'm out of warranty.... If anyone has one they want to sell in Willow with heat and power everything, let me know!
assuming most cars are diffrent if you dont match up the years and packages.
physically:
it looks like the driver seat bolts in perfectly? no spacers or bolts are needed. But the passenger side is where the problem is, needs spacers to bring it up a bit.
as far as wires are concern:
a couple mentions that the driver seat just plugs in and the pass is where the problem is again.
I'm wondering
1. do the coupe prem 2005 models have the assist entry/exit feature. where it goes back when you open the door.
2. what seddon was asking. if you pair up a 05 coupe to sedan with the prem package, should it plug and play.

so looking at this thread and reading the other ones, driver side coupe seats should swap right into a sedan without any problems right? if i dont want heated seats or dont care about heated seats, would it throw any lights if i dont wire the heated seats wire? i have an 03.5 so im not to sure which year coupe seats would be best. thanks for all the help
I think it all depends on the same year and same type of seat(ex:heated) that plugs in right away. I would assume if you have different years and you have heated and the coupe seat doesnt then there would be some rewiring.
Mine were the same year and we both had heated. Still took re-wiring. It also comes down to packages. Mine was non-premium. The guy who I sold them to had premium and only the passenger seat needed re-wired, the driver was ok.
