Creaking rear windows
My car has done this since I first got it. Sometimes when I accelerate or brake, my rear doors or windows make creaking sounds. It sounds like the chassis is flexing or something
I've read some posts that indicate that it's a common problem. Would this be a warranty issue?

It really depends on the dealer and the state of your warranty. I've read of people that have dealers that won't fix certain creaks and rattles beyond the first year/12k miles. However, others have not had that problem.
The creaking rear windows is caused by the bolts for the window regulators. I had that problem and it drove me crazy. My dealer couldn't track down the problem, so I learned to live with it.
Then one day while picking up some brake pads I saw the tech that has done much of my work. He said that they just got in some new bolts for the rear window regulators, and they supposedly fixed the issue. I brought in my car and had the bolts replaced, under warranty, and that fixed the issue.
That was almost two years ago. However, I've noticed that my rear passenger side window has started to creak again, though its much less common as it was before.

Mine sometimes creak or squeek. If I open and then shut (or just crack open, then shut) the offending window it seems to make it quit for awhile. I've thought about putting silicon or something on the window seals, but have not tried it yet. Anyone else find a solution?
Same thing happened to me recently. I complained this to the dealer and first time may be he thought I'm doing this for a loaner car ;-) and said putting some silicon (from any auto store) would fix this. I never got a chance to do that and next time when I went for oil change servicing they fixed it under warranty. I was really sick about those annoying noises, but now it is fixed. BTW, my car has < 60000 miles meaning I'm still under factory warranty.
It's a KNOWN problem. Mine did it from day one. I went to the dealer and he didn't even blink, they replaced the welt on the back little quarter windows. It hasn't been a problem since.
Im having the same problem, but I am just out of warranty. If you still have yours', then let the dealer fix it. If not there is some info for fixing it in this thread. I believe it is towards the last page.

to fix the rear window creaks u have to get to the window bracket that holds the window in place by 2 bolts on the bottom, all u gotta do is take those 2 bolts out and grind about 2-3mm off or just get shorter ones from the dealer, i grinded mine off and it woked fine
I took my car into tustin infiniti because my right rear window was creaking over speed bumbs and stuff, and it was done well before midnight and i picked it up at 8am. They replace the motor regulator!! It doesnt make that noise anymore. still trying to figure out what i can have done before the OEM warranty is done before i have to start to pay a deductible!
You can find the link for the existing TSB of the rear window issue on http://www.infinitihelp.com (go to Ownership -> Service Bulletins -> G Sedan -> etc...) I followed the TSB procedure over the weekend and replaced the window regulator bolts in no more than 15 minutes. Here are the steps for each of the rear doors:
1. Remove the inside door handle screw.
2. Remove door handle finish trim and (2) screws behind it. The trim is a little tricky to remove but I find it best to pry it out at the bottom end. The trim is held on by small wide plastic clips which won't break.
3. Start at the bottom of the door finish and pull out the finish, then work your way around and up to the top. Once it is all unclipped, pull up the door finish until it is out of the way from the window interface.
4. Since you are just replacing window regulator bolts, there is no need to disconnect any wirings, so just put something on the ground like small crate to hold the door finish for now.
5. Put key in ignition, turn to ON, and roll down the rear window you're working on until you see the window regulator bolts in plain sight (i.e. (2) 10mm bolts held on to a horizontal shaped bar).
6. Cut a hole through the plastic screening if it's there and remove the 10mm bolts. Be careful not to lose them upon removal.
7. Install the new bolts (P/N 01125-03241, about $0.70 each from Infiniti parts). Note that they are approximately 3 mm shorter than the old ones.
8. Reverse the steps above, and repeat the same for the other rear door.
Hope these DIY steps help for those looking to fix the rear window noise issue for good. I know it did for me
