AEM CAI + headers

What is the performance boost that i will get from an AEM CAI

oh, and also, are topspeed headers good?

im trying to get some first time mods going

get the CAI, ztube and the plenum spacer and you definitly will feel a difference in performance

Read the reviews. ppl start with Z-tube and the JWT pop charger!! People with AEM CAI claimed to lost power!!

First, do a search. It might take more than 2 minutes, but you'll get some good information.

Second, what kind of car do you have? Coupe or Sedan? 5AT or 6MT? What year?
