06X vs. 05TL

Me and My friend are planning to race on the track cuz he wants to prove that his TL is faster thanmy 06x... To be honest im a lil nervous lol... Do u guys think i will win? Both of us only have short ram intakes the rest stock...If anyone can give me some advice on racing straightway i would appreciate it ... thanks guys

what can of skills are u meaning by? i mean i race alot of cars but this is a lil different cuz its just straightaway. I'm usually manuvering thru traffic lol

The TL handles like crap. If you don't win, I would be very, very disappointed.

cause he's racing him on a track...

The G35X only weighs about 60pounds more than a TL, so the AWD factor out weighs the weight factor.

torque brake, launch @ 2000 rpms and you should be okay. just practice that technique

This technique is done by pressing break fully and reving to 2000 rpm's and then letting go of brake?

i'm not an expert with it, but that's how i've done it before. i'd suggest you get your tires warmed up too.
