New mod: increased cargo, slower 0-60

He he he

Thanks for all the help & recommendations for my G. This is the second forum I've ever frequented, and it kills Titantalk.com.

Moving back to Reno, so I need a dog-snowmobile-dirt bike hauler.

FX35 / sport / touring / hands free. None of the sports here had the tech package, but $4k for navi & cruise control crap just was not worth it to me anyway. There was one with the tech, but no sport...which was crucial. Now if the FX's tech compared to the M's tech, it would be a diff story. (That stereo is sweet)

Thanks!

Funny you say that. I love the fact the hood does need to be replaced. I guess the 05/06 G needs an AM hood to fit the charger.

Our dealer here is a Stillen vendor. I had to steer clear of the parts manager the whole time, or my monthly payments would have shot up!

I'll have to search for a good speed shop.

Currently, there is no Infiniti dealer in Reno. (Can't believe it w/ all the cashed up Cali transplants spending their equity. Lexus & BMW go unchecked.) I'll have to drive 2 hrs to Roseville (Sac) for any warantee work.

That is what I would do. I know there were a couple for sale in the in the marketplace for insane deals.

Damn dude. Nice ride.

And it just pisses me off. Is the g sedan the only infiniti without dual-exit exhausts(except for the qx and q)? And you even have aluminum drilled pedals. And from what I remember from an fx35 loaner, the driver's seat was much more supportive than in the sedan.

Sorry to rant and go off topic, but I hope that Infiniti truly makes the next generation a proper "sports sedan", rather than a half-assed attempt.

Nice ride man. Congrats.

Congrats Shredx! I saw you at Garcia on Saturday, noticed your spoiler first...and then you checking out the "back" inventory. I wondered if you were searching for an M sport...you were itching for one a few weeks ago.

You picked an awesome color. I miss my FX35, traded it for the M35x on impulse. The FX is an incredible road car, which is now the M's duty. Mine was an '03, it had tech package, sport package, touring package and sirius installed at factory. You are right, M's tech package makes the FX's seem archaic (especially the '03-'05 FX).

Congrats again! Have a safe move to Reno...

Thanks!

As much as I love the M, I could not justify the switch from the G. On the other hand, the FX was the practical decision. (If that's possible talking about Infinitis )

Garcia really took care of me on my trade + new price. You can tell that repeat buyers are truely valued.

Take care!
