I will have to wait a bit for my staggered 19" wheels/tires/eibachprokit
My wheels were new in 19" size and I had to wait 2-3 months for them to just now become available-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------but I saw this group buy and I just could not pass it up.
so glad to have that ugly,flat-black, non-reflective lower rear,sides and front gone. Especially after a wash and wax and the sun hits the car--The top part is shinny, wet, and reflective--the bottom, flat black and medicaid-looking.

 

Yeah, I hated the old parts. I would put tire wet on them to make them look more black but then they would get dusty very quickly. Even just having the sides and rear has made such an improvement!

As for a DIY, my sides and rear came with instructions so I would think all the parts do.

 

Yes, I do appreciate your leg work on this. You have saved me lots of money from all the parts and gadgets that I've gotten (Stillen Carbon Fiber hood, brake rotos, and now this front bumper) Next time I'm in Phoenix, I'll look you up and take you out for a beer and steak or something.
