This morning when i was in the class, all sudden i received a call from my apt manager, he told me my car got broke into! he wanted me to come back and check out to see if any item is missing. when i got that phone call, my heart almost stopped! SOME BASTARDS BROKE INTO MY BABY G!!! when i got there, i tho my car was raped completely, but i found out only the little piece of window (stationary one not the rolling up and down one)from the rear window got smashed! apt security came, cops came did the report, police just told me around this area (which is San Berandio ) ppl's car always got vandalism!! anyway, i called the dealer and ask for the replacement, they told me around $180-190 to do the window and labor, i was wondering if anyone knows places to fix the car windows? in btw, i am from Riverside,CA, any help would be really appreciated! once again my baby G is hurting big time!!! SIGH!!!!

Check the yellow pages under glass or auto glass repair. There should be several companies that do nothing but home/auto glass in your area.

that sucks man, I had something similar happen to me to my old car in Berkeley. It's a sucky thing to go through.

aww that stinks. in chicago my car was broken into and every honda on the street was torn apart (like radios stolen, etc). they broke my passenger window, but luckily they didn't steal any car parts. all they took was the change in my cup holder, my radar detector under the seat (darn), and a half eaten bag of jelly beans.

i called a local auto glass shop and they fixed it in about an hour. it was the middle of winter so it was nice that they rushed to fix it within a few days.

i called the local dealer, they quoted me for $180 for parts and labor... i know its kinda of expensive for a little piece of glass, but i felt its better to do it at the dealership, at least the parts will be originally from infiniti and i feel more safe this way! sigh..i really hate vandalism~~! ppl just have too much time on their hands and i hope those ppl whoever did it to my car and other victims out there, god is watching them, and one day they will get severe punishments!! sigh! i cant drive my G around cuz my parts wont be here until friday! well, i should look at it brighter side--- save my mileage and save my gas. enough of blahing...just wanna get it out of my chest !!!
