19' s or 20's

OK,

Thanks for the replies...so looks like if I want to make my car unique I should be thinking 19 or 20 inches. Does anyone have pics of their cars with those sizes and the stock suspension? or know where I can find them?

This is the only pic I have before my drop. Stock suspension and my first set of wheels.

Yeah I have 20's on there but 19's will give you a bigger fender gap.

Even if you were abe to do springs and shocks, your camber would still be off. Depending on your drop you will need to get a camber kit. For instance if you go with Z springs you will need a camber kit unless you like the negative camber look.

Getting new rear shocks will help the bouncing in the rear. There is not option for the front as of now unless you wantt o spend 1800 on coilovers from VRT.

if you just have springs after a while the bouncing in the rear will get crazy with a full trunk or 2 people in the back. month ago i put koni shocks in the rear and omg what a diffrence.

now if koni would just finish my front shocks. i was told 2-3 weeks almost 2 months ago. i know its gonna happen, by the time i get my shocks from koni someone is gonna come out with a kit =/

i like the 19's ( im thinking that the biggest i'd go ) still gives the car a "racy" look - plus, once dumped - i know the G sedan would look dope "TUCKED"!

All X owners who want JIC Coilovers, please email Paul @ JIC Magic.

Paul@JIC-Magic.com

Thanks. Another member on here is getting the VRT coilovers installed this week. I'll ask him to post his reactions.

Question about staggered wheels and X?

Newbie here, if you have a G35X, you can't run 20" staggered wheels (245/35/20 in the front and 275/30/20 in the rear)??? You have to remove the AWD fuse? (There is only a 0.81" difference in circumference and 0.26" difference in diameter) Can anyone help with this because I was really looking forward to getting staggered 20" Sevas S-22 wheels on my X. I appreciate it.
