Well, if it helps, I'm 6'3", 265 lbs (not round, er... at least not too round... been gaining some bad weight these days...). I bought the G not because of it's longer legroom, or because it's spacious (which it doesn't seem to be as compared to other cars I test drove), but because the seating position just feels better, more comfy to me... and I can still reach the controls just fine. The controls for the seats are a bit recessed, so you do have a little space for your hand to squeeze in there... so that shouldn't be an issue.

I think you really just need to go sit in one and move around a bit to know whether you'll be comfortable in this car or not, and whether the controls will be an issue or not. Hope this helps. Sorry for the essay.

6'-6" 225# and a good fit for me. The mentioned TSB is interesting, that would be an improvement. No sun roof and plenty of headroom in mine, I only push it full back if I'm on cruise control/loafing on the highway. I pull it up a little for day to day driving and the fun times.

ATTN: all people complaining about the controls jabbing your leg!

There is an INFINITI TSB for this problem, if you take it to the dealer and reference the TSB which you can find on infinitihelp.com they will fix the problem for you for free.

They just need to open the seat and remove a piece of hard plastic that goes between the seat and the controls, then they replace that piece with a soft one, newer models probably don't need this.
