How long does it take for DMV to issue your license plate? It's been 2 months since I got my G, and my plates still have not arrived yet. Should I be worried?

Ps. I am in So Cal.

Good question. I bought my sedan (just like yours but AT) in mid-August and I have not gotten my plates either. I'm in San Diego.

Honestly I don't care when my plates come, if ever. The dealer advertising plates sure throw a monkey wrench in those photo radar traps.

I just hope that the number I get doesn't spell something bad.

my plate is done @ the dealer so when i got my car my plate was already on it!. never had a temp tag.

 

I bought my sedan from Miller Infiniti.... got my plates in 2 weeks. Two months seems like a very long time- and you should probably look into it - but at the same time, you're driving around and people think you just got it.

 

Its been a month and havent gotten mine yet.
I think the avg. time for So Cal is about 6 wks, so you should just ask the dealer as to what might have happened.
