2006 G35 5AT RWD Sedan

I just purchased my first G35 and love it. I was wondering if anyone could give me some input on what they think is the best mod to start out with?

It really depends on what you want. My first mod was new wheels/tires. Some people start with performance, some go cosmetic. Do a search. There are plenty of things to do. All you need to know is where you want to start.

A good place to start as mentioned above are with things like tint, clearcorners, clearbra, etc. Once you get those done you probably will have spent enough time on this board to figure out what you want to do next.

Congrats on the new car, you will love it!

I too just got my 2006 G35 and cannot decide what mods to get.

Should I wait 5,000, 10,000 Miles... before i get intake, exhaust, and other mods ?

Congrats to jking1301 and i_roll_g35 for their new car acquisitions. Welcome to the Driver boards, as well.

LOL . . . Mods? . . . Keeping spending your downtime here and you'll come to your own mod decisions quite quickly. May the "Mod Gods" have much mercy on your wallets.

thanks for all the replies. i am thinking of adding a popcharger, with either a 5/16" spacer or a crawford plenum. I have a friend who has a FX35 and added the plenum and he loves it. Can you do both? and would it help or not at all. they are both used to get better air flow into the cylinders, right?
and also adding the eibach pro series springs. i can also get FX35 20's for cheap.
