06' sedan mods.

I'm thinking of a plenum spacer but don't know which to go with, 5/16 or 1/2. Also which CAI would be the best choice between Injen and K&N?

Don't waste your time with the Injen. The best "gains" will be felt with an OEM Z-tube used in conjunction with either a K&N OEM sized air filter or a popcharger.

Any modification that exceeds stock specifications can void your warranty. You got some laws to back yourself up though. They can't just void your warranty because they think your mod is the cause of a problem, when in reality, it is not.

any mods will void factory warranty only if you blow the engine or there is a problem caused by one of the mods.
