Im think about an 07 max or 07 g35 which one will I have more fun in. The max has more room but the g35 has more power and way better mods. Maybe I should get a used g35 x and hook that up. I somebody give me some input thanks

 

G35 = RWD/AWD
Maxima = FWD

Surely you don`t expect an unbiased reply here, do you? Both are great cars. If you like the act of driving, as opposed to just "riding", you can`t beat the G-35. It does require more involvement than the Max, but the rewards are worth it!

 

on the max.org they told me that the g35 and the max has the same engine in it. So you can mod the max with with g35 gear?

 

plus you get a loaner car when you go in for sevice if you buy the G.

 

And Infiniti showrooms are nicer to shop in than Nissan showrooms. The sales people are nicer.

Also, if you want to mod, don't get the g35 x model. There isn't much that you can do, unlike the regular G.

well it depends on if u need the awd or not.. personally since i am not a student anymore and there are lives at stake, i have to go in during snowstorms etc so the x was a no brainer.. consider your utility then jump on it

 

the G35x is still fun and yes you can mod it to a certain extent. i got the 6mt sedan and i'll just throw on snow tires for the winter and i'll be fine. the maxima for 2007 will only come with an automatic (no more 6 speeds) and you'll be unsatisfied with the handling comparing to the G. the power might seem there but it's a different type of drive.

 

Owned a 02 Maxima loved the car so much I kept it for 4 years they are reliable and fun to drive fwd cars but the G35 is so much more fun and handles better. I would take an 07 G. You get a better warranty and better customer service and like mentioned before the G35 has the same engine as the maxima but the G35 just makes better use of it all. For the same price as a equally optioned Maxima you can get a G35 it's always nice to hear people tell me they paid 29k+ for their Maxima and I say well that's how much I paid for my G35.

Yea I like the 07 but Im going to mod it when I get it. That will mess up my warranty and i would probably have to put 10,000 down on it to get a nice monthly payment. I would have to wait after winter to get an 07 g.

 

07 g's come out early november so no u actually wont have to wait after the winter... I have an 06X and can honestly tell u this car blows maximas out the water...i used to own a 02 max and man what a difference after getting this car...dont get me wrong max has lots of powerbut no Handling...If i were you i would wait a ferw more months and get an 07x
