He probably has to wait until after winter so he'll have his $10K saved up to put down.

GODS_FAVORITE - When I was car shopping 2.5 years ago, the Maxima, G35 and I35 were the only three cars that I was considering & test drove. My wife is the one that led me to getting the G, after she said to me "If you get the Maxima, you'll be bored of it after 2 years." I'm very grateful I took my wifes advice (for once ). Don't settle for less and dish out the same amount of $ for a Maxima when you can get a G for the same price (as mentioned above). Good luck!

Yea to get the full 10k up I have to wait I have school and so many other things that takes my money away. Hopefully 10k is a good downpayment I would really like to get this car, only if the monthly not going to kill me how much you put down on your g people. Is the payments killing you?

I put 100% down. The monthly payments are very reasonable.

I put down $3 plus I got $3.5K for trade-in..I had to go with the 60 month loan unfortunately....which sucks, considering how much I drive. Love my freaking car though, so it doesn't matter to me.

I only went with a 60 month loan because, at the time, the 3.4% was pretty low, and wasn't any lower for 4 years, so might as well stretch it over 5 years.

It isn't like the higher rates in today's market. I wouldn't stretch 7% that long

If I want to mod the car I should get a used one right? The warranty will be void if I start to mod my car, but the 07 looks really hot.

Your warranty shouldn't be void for an intake, exhuast, and such. Not sure about SCing or turbos. Also, depends on your dealer. Some are much against people modding their cars, while others don't bother you about it.

The dealer here is very mod friendly, and they do a lot of mods on G35's as well as other cars.
