Just last weekend I washed my friend's 05 6mt coupe in black and MAN was that thing annoying to wash. Unlesss you like waxing every single time, expect to see little swirl marks and defects in the paint whenever you look at it. I'd personally go with IP for best looks and easy maintenance.

Since I usually take my time to clean my car, I guess it seems like the vote so far is for black!

Last Infiniti Black, this one DG

They are both nice. Black tells you quicker when it's time to wash, DG hides it better. I think both look nice so I understand your dilemma.

DG is where my vote goes, think of it as a gunmetal gray...ready to shoot!

my conclusion:

BLACK: looks better
DG: more practical

conclusion: both are good colors, but I would go for better looks and wash it everyday if needed

DG is more of an original color than black plus it's metallic so it pops in the sun. IP should be your second choice since matches the classy look of the G much better than black.

I Zaino my DG for atleast an hour every weekend and am glad I do not have a black car like my boyfriend. It does not matter how well you wash it. After driving it once it looks dirty again.

When I was choosing colors, I walked up to a black Coupe, shut the door and saw a nice handprint on the door. That was enough for me.
