I had 2 black cars. Same point that everyone elce is making. Got DG specifically because it hides the grime. Not getting another black car as a daily driver unless I have a slave to care for it 24/7.

if your young and have plenty of time on your hands (like me), get black.

if you have a family to watch over, get dg

also, if you have black....you have to be really really really interested in taking care of it.

obviously you cant see the minor imperfections with a photograph...but none the less!~

if you can keep it shiny, than you will be the envy of all your friends...modifications or not

For those who said if you have the time get black. That really has nothing to do with it. You should Zaino your baby once a week regardless of color and use a California Car Duster every morning between washing. That will ensure your G looks its SEXIEST every day.

The fact that black rarely stays clean for any significant amount of time is what we are talking about here. If that does not bother you, go for it. Seeing a hand print every time I go to open my door would drive me nuts. I like the Black, but I like DG better. I think it a real sporty color. Make a list of negatives and get the one with the least negatives.

I think it depends on coupe vs. sedan. For the coupe, Red>DG>IP>Black. For the sedan, IP>Black>Red>DG.

Does black look THAT better than DG?
My concern is that beside the cleaning part, it might get too hot here in San Diego if I have the black. Also to me it seems like the black kind of hides the curves of the car. I don't know. I still like it though

NO. They are both BEAutiful, both should be babied once a week atleast, but one will look clean even when it is dirty.

Have you looked at them in person. That should help narrow it down real quick.

I still like my DG and even if I had time to wash it regularly I would not have gotten black. The temperature problem where you are could be pretty bad with black, I would guess.
