Jammers are illegal and I don't think you can get away with a simple ticket like that.
Laser jammers are illegal to operate in the states of: Nebraska, Minnesota, Utah, California, Oklahoma, Virginia, Colorado and Washington DC.
Radar jammers are illegal to own and/or operate in all 50 states per the Federal Communications Commission.
Like you said, Best Buy wouldn't sell something illegal. Pigs were just hating, as always.

Don't be sure, cops get paid to make their appearance in court. They get paid to sit around and eat donuts, why not go to court to make a 15 minute appearance and get paid a lot more.
That's a stupid quota ticket. I was told before from someone who works in the police department that there is quota.

No...most cops take for 148..resist, delay or obstruct only AAA with a gun
(jj) takes for VC section. Anyway..reference the court..I get paid four hours to show up for fifteen minutes of court, so more than likely the officer will show up to court. And reference the quota..it is illegal in California to have quota's.

Quota are a silently encouraged thing in Houston. The mayor said that millions of dollars have been lost because of the lack of citations.
